He has worked with individuals and couples from varied backgrounds on a wide range of presenting problems, from common issues to more complex and long standing concerns.
Ross has run training workshops in psychological and psychiatric assessment and diagnosis, along with approaches to treatment and therapy. He has extensive experience in the provision of supervision for psychologists and allied health professionals.

Ross is trained and has extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy. He believes strongly in using a collaborative and transparent approach with clients to ensure they are comfortable, finding therapy helpful, and can sustain gains made after therapy has finished.
