My approach to therapy is to work with clients in a collaborative, transparent and practical manner, helping people increase understanding of their concerns and develop pathways to overcome them in order to live a more enjoyable life.

This is underpinned in my core practice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy, in addition to Solution Focused Therapy for more brief interventions.

I engage in supervision, training and professional development regularly to ensure I continue to provide the most up-to-date evidenced based best practice therapy.
